We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Business Analyst to support a Master Data Management (MDM) initiative within a leading B2B telecoms company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and implementing a unified product master record, ensuring seamless integration across business systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Process & Gap Analysis: Conduct an in-depth assessment of existing business and system processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
* Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Elicit functional and non-functional requirements, define clear acceptance criteria, and develop a Business Requirements Document (BRD) to secure stakeholder approval.
* Future-State Definition: Propose optimized workflows and target operating models aligned with strategic objectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure business alignment.
* System & Data Analysis: Analyze key systems such as GBM (Data Lake) and MERITS, supporting accurate data modeling, mapping, and governance.
* MDM Solution Evaluation: Facilitate the RFI and RFP process to assess and select MDM solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
* Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with data architecture, engineering, governance, and solution architects to ensure effective system integration.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices.
* Expertise in business process analysis, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
* Hands-on experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements.
* Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
* Experience with data governance, data modeling, and integration projects.
* Familiarity with RFI/RFP vendor selection processes.
* Strong analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
