Our market leading Commercial Broking client is looking to recruit another Client Account Handler into their Commercial team.
This is a role that can be performed on a hybrid basis, working at home and in the office, but also occasionally visiting Clients.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Account Handler role include:
Handling your own portfolio of business customers
Responsible for all aspects of their account including:
Renewal negotiations with Insurers
Changes in risk
Claims notification
Regular contact with your customers, who are often long standing
Promptly handling New Business enquiries, often from referralsTo be a successful Commercial Account Handler you will demonstrate:
Commercial Insurance experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Confident communication skills
