What is the job role?We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, person-centred administrator to join our team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of our admin processes. The role is varied and fast paced with conflicting deadlines, you will need to be able to prioritise conflicting workloads effectively and work calmly under pressure. It is a rewarding, and often challenging role as you will be the first point of contact and will need to be able to communicate via email/telephone, clearly and transparently with families, Health & Social Care, and educational settings. It is a very rewarding role as you will be part of an office based team whose focus is on enabling children and young people with special educational needs to achieve the best long-term outcomes possible. Who are we looking for?The successful candidate will have:- Good working knowledge and experience of using IT systems including Microsoft Office packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Experience of data input and data protection/GDPR Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused environment Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders including, colleagues, partnership organisations, children/young people, parents and carers, via telephone or written communication You will need to be highly literate with at least GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English as this role involves dealing with a wide range of people, you must be able to communicate with a range or stakeholders including families, young people, schools, colleges, health and social care both verbally and in written communication.
