Job Opportunity: Caretaker
We have an opportunity within the Facilities/Campus Services Department for a Caretaker at the College’s Skills Academy for Construction. The candidate will be a key holder for the building as well as responsible for the security and implementation of the caretaking and porterage function. The individual will also supervise the onsite cleaning team.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, flexible, and professional at all times. Although training will be given, a good knowledge of hygiene and health & safety would be an advantage, as well as having a clean driving license and the relevant SIA badges. The candidate must be committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times.
