Development review and progression opportunities.Employee wellbeing programmeRole DescriptionThe Active Fire Operations Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Chigwell. The role involves managing day-to-day operations related to fire safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities include overseeing a team of engineers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of fire safety strategies. The manager will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections, managing emergency response protocols, and maintaining accurate records and reports.SkillsLeading contracts up to £5m+Achievement of IOSH Leading Safely (or appropriate equivalent)Exceed budget on multiple contractsManaged a team of Senior Ops colleaguesAchieved KPIs on multiple contractsEnsured compliance on all mandatory training across functionDemonstrable experience of developing businessExperience equivalent to that expected of someone with at least 5 years within a SCM roleQualificationsExperience in fire safety management and fire complianceAbility to oversee and lead a team of engineersProficiency in coordinating with clients and implementing fire safety strategiesSkills in conducting inspections and managing emergency response protocolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work on-site in ChigwellBachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceSchedule:Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1-hour lunch breakTPBN1_UKTJ
