We are looking for experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running and have an established portable client network Collaborative Culture : Work closely with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a high-energy, supportive environment. The Ideal Candidate: At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency/search firm with a strong preference for candidates recruiting for the financial services sector in front office. Proven track record of revenue generation, business development and client retention. Strong sales mindset—you're a hunter and a closer. Experience in one or more of our core areas: Equities, Fixed Income, Cross Asset Solutions / Structured Products, or Wealth & Asset Management. Motivated to deliver outstanding results, both individually and as part of a high-performing team. We are also interested in speaking with recruiters who have a proven track record in revenue generation and the ability to establish a CONTRACT DESK for us focusing on either Interim / C-Suite Roles, Finance Roles, Support Roles, IT Roles.
