Job Summary
ACB is a specialist waste management company based in Aylesford, near Maidstone in Kent.
Reporting to the Managing Director, we are seeking a highly experienced project manager to lead and support key strategic and high-profile projects.
Experience
* Demonstrable track record of successful delivery of activity plans, problem solving.
* Key project management skills including strong organisational skills, planning, and prioritisation.
You
* The ability to confidently take a brief, plan the project/task, mapping out a roadmap to deliver it to agreed deadlines, implement and maintain key stakeholder engagement.
* Working to deadlines and adapting to change if and when it occurs.
* Ability to lead and assess risks and opportunities, whilst adhering to relevant regulatory policies and procedures.
* Excellent communication, written and orally.
* Ability to work cross-functions internally and externally, with small as well as multinational clients including government departments.
* Although not a requirement, some experience working with regulators or legislation is a benefit, as is knowledge and experience of the ISO Quality systems.
* Prepare reports and maintain documentation to meet governance requirements and to deliver regular ongoing assessments to management.
* Ability to manage and control costs to budget if required.
We are looking for a pro-active, flexible professional, with strong facilitation and influencing skills to confidently work with and coordinate internal and external parties.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Degree or similar level qualification.
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
* Full UK driver's licence.
* Non-smoker.
