1. Serve as the Medical Secretary for the Practice Partners and fulfil all secretarial responsibilities as instructed. 2. Communicate with patients, the public, and healthcare professionals as needed. 3. Demonstrate skill in prioritising and managing administrative tasks from hospitals, Health Authorities, Primary Care Organisations, and patients, while collaborating with other medical secretaries as required. 4. Acquire proficiency EMIS, Docman & e-RS systems. 5. Undertake additional responsibilities as requested by the Partners or Managers.
