£31650 - £43607 Per annum
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Religious Education (RE) lessons to students
* Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
* Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
* Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Religious Education or related field
* Knowledge of the National Curriculum and relevant educational policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Degree in Religious Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Religious Education in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of Religious Education curriculum and pedagogy
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
* Strong classroom management skills
* Proficient in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
