Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We are currently looking to appoint a new Supply Chain Warehouse Operative based out of our Head Office located in Salford Quays.

Marlowe Fire & Security’s Supply Chain Warehouse Operative’s
Covers the end to end process from order through to delivery which includes working with all relevant internal departments and all associated external suppliers covering availability to pricing.
* Goods receive all daily deliveries from the supply base in a timely manner, ensuring all stocks are checked off per supplier delivery note and any discrepancies are noted on the delivery note.
* Goods receive delivery notes into Cash 4 windows and confirm by line / QTY what has been checked off. Any key discrepancies on shortages need to be highlighted back to supplier and advising the originator of the Purchase Order.
* All goods received orders that require to be picked need to be boxed up and labeled as per process and segregated for Dispatch / collection from carrier.
* All goods received that are not for picking need to be located into racking as per process ensuring correct product for the correct location to minimize cross picking.
* Run daily Van Stock demand report (by region by day – Mon to Thurs) – Bulk-Upload.
* Van stock report is by each region and is picked as per quantity required and once picked labels are printed and boxed ready for dispatch / collection.
* Any Van stock order queries need to be highlighted and escalated for resolution (Min Max levels set against non-Van stock items) Tools for replenishment and C4W amended and updated.
* Daily review of all Van Stocked items for supplier ordering / replenishment required and place orders with preferred suppliers for delivery next day to ensure availability is at the maximum required.
* Update Cash 4 Windows Grid/Jobs and set reason code to ‘stock with engineer’.
* Complete daily KPI reports including ordered versus dispatched and number of consignments collected (Tracker).
* Review daily Finance purchase order report ‘outstanding’ to ensure all delivered orders have been goods-received and either Cash 4 Windows or Sage 200 is updated.
* Ensure Fire Extinguisher deliveries are goods received and stock put away into required floor picking locations.
* Ensure FEMP engineer collections are transferred onto their Van Stock.
* Support e-commerce picking and dispatching as and when required.
* Ensure the warehouse is always kept tidy and clean throughout the day.
* Ensure daily returns from Royal Mail are put back to stock where applicable and the engineers Van Stock is adjusted accordingly.
* Ensure any WEEEE waste is dealt with and located in correct containers.
