Our client is looking for a PA / Office Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing company in Redditch. This is an office-based role full time working with a Senior Director supporting them with general admin support and PA duties.
Day-to-Day Duties:
* Arranging & preparing for meetings
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management team
* Minute taking
* Processing expenses
* Managing all travel and accommodation
* Booking restaurants and ordering lunches for customer visits
* Scheduling customer visits
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office including ordering stationary and meet and greet visitors
Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous PA experience
* Strong admin and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills particularly in Excel
* Office management or coordinator experience would be advantageous
