I am currently working on aparaplannervacancy at a leading financial planning firm inWorcester.This is a position within a well-established and stable team, and you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running. They have recently gone through a full software upgrade and are undergoing movement across to a new panel after a minor acquisition. The reason for the vacancy is the growth of the business and the productivity of advisers has led to a need in the paraplanning team. This role can be client-facing if desired, or if you're the sort of paraplanner who prefers to work in the background you are also invited to apply. There is an amazing development opportunity within this role, with big plans to promote internally to a paraplanner manager role and up through the operations chain over the next few years as this firm aims to grow rapidly. Requirements:· Solid knowledge of the spectrum of financial planning products· Level 4 diploma as a minimum (they may consider expeirence a couple of modules short), they will support any further qualifications to chartered or beyond· Knowledge and experience of VCTs, EISs, onshore and offshore bonds among other elements would be an advantage· Ability to interpret financial data and produce high-quality reports· Experience of cash flow planning tools are important· Tech-savvy, though this firm has recently undergone a major overhaul of their tech, so knowledge of their system is not required as full training will be given Benefits:· £35k - £45k salary· Discretionary bonus based on KPIs and firm performance· Flexibility on working hours· 25 days annual leave rising in line with service· DIS, PHI, and a solid employer pension provision
