JM Workforce Services is collaborating with a reputable Children's Social Care provider in Stoke on Trent to recruit an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager.
Role Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and ambitious Registered Manager to lead a residential children's home in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and management of the home, and fostering positive relationships with staff, children, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations and management of the residential children's home
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
* Fostering a positive and supportive work environment
* Leading a team of qualified staff members
* Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Registration as a Registered Children's Home Manager with the relevant regulatory bodies
* Proven experience in managing a residential children's home or similar setting
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work collaboratively with others
Salary Range:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
