Key Duties
1. Develop and implement the overall vision and strategic direction for the optical practice.
2. Identify opportunities for expansion and business growth, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability.
3. Act as a representative of the brand, ensuring alignment with the company's core values and mission.
4. Oversee the daily management of the practice, ensuring efficient service delivery and smooth operations.
5. Manage, train, and motivate the team, including optometrists, optical assistants, and administrative staff.
6. Ensure high standards of patient care, customer service, and clinical practices are maintained.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in healthcare and business operations.
8. Monitor costs and find ways to improve efficiency without compromising patient care.
9. Develop strategies to maximize revenue through various services like eye tests, eyewear sales, and other optical services.
10. Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is provided at all stages of the patient journey, from initial contact through to follow-up care.
11. Ensure all optical products, services, and consultations meet high standards.
12. Oversee and contribute to marketing strategies to promote the optical practice, including local advertising, promotions, and community engagement.
13. Develop customer retention strategies to keep patients loyal to the practice.
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with optical product suppliers and manufacturers.
15. Network with other healthcare professionals and local businesses to enhance services and referrals.
16. Participate in community initiatives, health fairs, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the practice and its services.
