Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive ADHD assessments through interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic tools. Developing individualised assessment reports and recommendations for treatment plans based on your findings. Collaborating with other members of the clinical team to ensure a seamless assessment experience for clients. Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the assessment journey, ensuring they feel understood and valued. Staying current with ADHD research and best practices, integrating this knowledge into your assessments and client interactions. Your expertise will not only enhance the quality of care we provide but also contribute to building a welcoming and effective environment for clients seeking support. To thrive in this role, you'll need: We’re looking for someone who’s not just clinically skilled but also adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A relevant clinical qualification (e.g., Psychology, Psychiatry, Nursing) and experience in ADHD assessment. A strong understanding of ADHD and related mental health challenges, along with the diagnostic tools used in assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide compassionate support. A collaborative approach—working well with multidisciplinary teams is key to our success. The ability to manage multiple assessments efficiently while working remotely. Strong report-writing skills with great attention to detail. If you’re excited by the idea of improving ADHD assessment services and working alongside a team that values fresh thinking and flexibility, we’d love to hear from you Important information: The role will require you to be able to work in a quiet, well lit space with good internet access allowing you to conduct confidential 1:1 appointments and assessments in a professional manner. Full training around assessment is provided. Compensation: £67.50 per clinic held (estimated 60-90 minutes) and a great incentice structure. You will need to be able to work as a contractor under your own Limited company or as a sole trader. We will provide you with a company laptop Our Hiring Process We aim to make our hiring process as streamlined as possible as we have quite a comprehensive training package included in the role: Shortlisted candidates are invited to a Competancy Call with our Talent and People Ops Manager Successful candidates will then be invited to attend in house ADHD Assessment and Diagnosis Training Candidates would then be required to complete Shadowing Sessions with Senior Clinicians Final stage is being Supervised holding your own clinic.
