Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an interim Finance Assistant, working for a busy and flexible business based in Somerset - With parking & hybrid working.
This is a temporary contract is for an initial period of 3 months.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (circa)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Working hours - Full time is 35 hours per week, with flexible times and hybrid working
You will use your skills to:
1. Process invoices into the system - Accounts payable ledger
2. Process invoices into the system - Accounts receivable ledger
3. Matching PO numbers
4. Assisting with supplier queries
5. Supplier statement reconciliations
6. Nominal coding
7. Additional ad-hoc financial duties to support the team
Required experience/background:
8. Previous experience in a similar position maintaining either AP or AR ledger
9. Team player
10. High attention to detail
11. Computer literate
12. Excellent organisational skills
13. Willing to learn
14. Pro-active attitude
