If so, we would love to hear from you The Conveyancer Role: As a Licensed Conveyancer in the Property Team, you will: Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner. Provide expert legal advice during client meetings. Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress. Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events. Support and train junior team members while balancing your caseload. Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance. Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations. Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly. What We Are Looking For: Essential Qualifications: Qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or equivalent Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law. Solid expertise in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes. Experience: Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases. Skills: Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage caseloads and guide junior staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
