Since opening in August 2020, our four-bedded short-term recovery house has partnered with the Central Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team to provide a safe space for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, offering up to five nights of support without the need for formal hospital admission. As Team Leader, you will lead a 24-hour crisis intervention service supporting individuals in psychiatric or psychosocial crisis who don't require hospital admission. You’ll guide the Short Stay Recovery House team in delivering short-term, intensive interventions to help reduce the impact of crises. Additionally, you will assist the Service Manager in assessing referrals from the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) within agreed timeframes.
