As the primary workforce management system used across the NHS, ESR plays a pivotal role in our operations. As an ESR Workforce System Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the ESR system. You will assist in managing workforce data, supporting system users, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant policies. Main duties of the job This role supports the management and maintenance of the ESR system, which is used to manage employee records. It is essential you have previous experience of a workforce or payroll function, good understanding and experience in the use of Microsoft 365, excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency, the ability to manipulate and interrogate data to produce meaningful workforce reports and identify and resolve issues efficiently.
