FTE Salary: Up to £28,416.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: Up to £21,504.00
Contract Type: Part time, Permanent
Working Hours: 28 hours per week (with some flexibility)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* To work collaboratively with the Education Manager and Provision Lead to manage and co-ordinate placements for new and potential students and Bespoke Provision Programmes for SGS Oasis.
* Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and communication with other schools, providers, and supporting organisations (for example: local comprehensive and specialist schools, The PRU, Youth Support Service, Youth Offending Service, Social Services, parents, carers, and other relevant providers and supporting organisations).
* Attending school EHCP annual reviews and arranging effective transitions into Oasis for potential learners.
* To plan and oversee effective and accessible bespoke packages of education and support to ensure learner engagement and progression.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications:
* GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent.
* IT Literate (especially proficient in the use of Excel and Word).
* Knowledge of Specialist Education and Alternative Provision.
* Knowledge of Local Authority consultation processes and procedures.
