Thrive Recruitment Group is looking for a Hire Desk Controller for our client based in Begwary, near St Neots in Bedford (MK44 postcode area) on a permanent basis.

Duties:
Working within a busy and fast paced Hire Desk office
Liaising with customers and providing accurate information
Liaising with the warehouse and drivers on-site
Administration
Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
Ensuring accuracy of all paperwork
Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity
Use of Microsoft packages and their CRM system
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary:
£30,000 PA

As soon as possible
Requirements for the Role:
It would be ideal to have come from a Hire Desk position previously but it is not essential as training can be provided for the right individual
Industry experience is not essential, but would be ideal
Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Must have experience is Microsoft packages
Due to our clients remote location, your own vehicle to travel to the location is essential
Must live within a commutable location to our clientOur client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent Customer Service skills and a willing to learn.
