The Globalisation Directorate aims to lead, develop, deliver, and support a holistic and integrated globalisation agenda, with growth aligned to the University strategy. We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Senior Student Recruitment Officer within our Global Engagement & Recruitment team to support the business development and operational management of the University of Dundee's recruitment efforts in Scotland and Northern Ireland, with the aim of increasing the profile of the University and the number of incoming students across all levels from these regions. This role is fixed term to July 2025. Working within the UK Access and Recruitment Team the postholder will lead and develop a cohesive recruitment strategy and schedule of activities develop existing relationships with schools in Scotland and Northern Ireland, and to build new relationships with potential stakeholders with a view to increasing recruitment We welcome applications from positive individuals with excellent communication skills. This role would suit an individual who is focused on achieving successful outcomes and will seek new, creative approaches to student recruitment. This role is in a fast paced team with a passion for innovative approaches and supporting future students. Your priorities will include: Develop of a range of innovative approaches to meet student recruitment targets. Build and manage a network of School contacts. Lead and delivery the recruitment plan for Scotland and NI. Plan, manage and implement recruitment activities within budget. Line management and support of colleagues supporting recruitment in the region. Who we are looking for: Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
