Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts.
Manage the month end sales close process.
Lead and prepare the weekly sales order monitoring for management meetings.
Prepare accurate profit analysis.
Preparation and posting of monthly direct costing and revenue journals.
Monitor gross profitability, providing direct feedback for improvement.
Assist and investigate commercial pricing activity in line with company policy.
Prepare monthly P&L departmental reports.
Provide structured costing reports.
Support the preparation of monthly and annual forecasting and budget reports.
Assist the Financial Controller in cashflow planning and treasury management.
Assist where necessary in the statutory audit of the financial statements to ensure timely completion and submission of the financial statements.
