If so, I'm looking for a strong Senior QS to join my client, a specialist M&E rail contractor on an ongoing contract based in South East London. The chosen candidate will be responsible for closing out packages and managing a large amount of change.
Location: Woolwich
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Commercial reporting
2. The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
3. The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
4. The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
5. The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
6. Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers

Candidate Requirements:
1. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
2. Experience managing M&E within a rail environment
3. Working knowledge of NEC
4. Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
