As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a student to join our Sustainable Sourcing team for 12 months. Based at our Global Headquarters and starting in Summer 2025, you will work closely with other members of the sustainability team and with stakeholders across the business on a variety of tasks that support Croda’s overall sustainability commitment.
You will be responsible for sustainable sourcing, reporting KPI on a quarterly and yearly basis, in addition to the development and roll out of our Supplier carbon capture portal, and the reporting of our external palm traceability. To summarise this role, you will be the owner and the person responsible for data.

* Gain exposure to the development and implementation of sustainability strategies within a FTSE100 organisation.
* Collaborate with various global business functions to support our sustainability initiatives.
* Understand the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and learn how to effectively apply them to our global sustainable business strategy.
* Develop an understanding of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting and net-zero principles alongside widely recognised environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting frameworks.
* Support in the data collection and analysis for our sustainability reporting.
* Gain exposure to external working groups, industry bodies, and stakeholders through audit projects and industry collaborations.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and drive to enhance your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team environment.
