We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an established business based in the Dudley area. The Customer Service Advisor will be providing customer service to new and existing customers working as parts of a busy team to SLA timelines. Excellent admin and customer service skills will be required. As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for : Providing customer service to new and existing customers Responding to any queries via phone and email relating to orders, pricing and product information Processing complaints and updating the information onto the system Signing customers up to services Processing credits Managing product backlog Carry out any other admin related duties as requested Requirements: Excellent communication skills Experience of MRP/ERP systems Experience in a busy customer service environment Able to problem solve Able to work under pressure Good PC literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel) If you would be interested in the position of Customer Service Advisor please apply now with your up to date CV to be considered
