Job Description
As the Bid Writer, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Prepare, write, and deliver high-quality information to senior management for the preparation of bids.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the property industry and market trends.
* Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and expertise.
* Contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
* Ensure all bid documentation is up-to-date and in line with company policies.
* Participate in bid presentations when required.
* Assist in other projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Bid Writer will have:
* A strong background in bid writing / copywriting, ideally within the property industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* A proactive and innovative approach to work.
* The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
What's on Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000.
Please note - this is an office-based role x 5 days in Hitchin.
