Job Title: Full Stack Support Engineer
Location: London, UK
Remuneration: £61,000 - £67,000 per annum
Contract Details: Temporary (12 months)
Responsibilities:
* Provide integration support via Cloud-Based APIs, enabling our Business Partners to connect with users globally.
* Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time with partners' engineering teams, while collaborating with internal tech teams.
* Manage technical relationships with partners, offering support and addressing service outages.
* Communicate partner needs to the product team for enhanced user experiences.
* Write production code to improve internal tooling and product offerings, gaining deep engineering insights.
* Scale programmes by creating informative documentation for partners to facilitate integration with our infrastructure.
* Offer 24x7 on-call support coverage through a rotation schedule, including weekends.
* Analyse trends and recommend tactical improvements to enhance support experiences.
* Use problem-solving skills to tackle large business challenges.
* Frame issues within the broader team goals, translating them into actionable insights.
* Independently manage project execution, considering impacts on stakeholders and communicating effectively.
* Be recognised as an expert, coaching colleagues on projects from scoping to execution.
* Constructively challenge project priorities and identify opportunities for resource reallocation.
* Deliver constructive feedback to peers, fostering relationships and accelerating project progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience as a Support Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar role.
* Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
* Proven experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures.
* Proficient in Object-Oriented languages such as PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React; experienced in the full web stack, SOAP, and REST-API technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in technical communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with the full web stack, REST API development, and bug management support.
* Experience in building social media advertisement campaigns.
* Knowledge of configuring payment products.
