About The Role One Aftersales are recruiting for a Predictive Marketing Manager on a Part Time - 23.5 hours per week - 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. Reporting into the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the development of Volkswagen Group's aftersales CRM approach, including the implementation of predictive and seasonal marketing campaigns to customer retention and increase service visit volumes and retail hour sales. Your focus will be to improve the performance of the predictive marketing programme, by monitoring the performance of existing campaigns and applying learnings to existing and new campaigns. You will work with the predictive marketing agency to develop and implement improvements to the CRM programme. Skills & experience you can bring to the role: Experience of CRM management and campaign development Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent influencing skills to manage stakeholders across multiple brands at all levels of management Strong negotiation skills Good commercial acumen Numerate and able to handle data in Microsoft Excel as well as good written communication Excellent analytical skills coupled with a logical approach and meticulous attention to detail Experience of supplier management and contract negotiation What can we offer you?
