Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with a 5pm finish on a Friday Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 with realistic on target earnings of £30,000 within your first year and uncapped commission 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday leave Christmas closure Holiday Buy Back scheme Funded training Volunteering programme Early finish incentives Long service awards Telesales Executive Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services Identify potential business needs through detailed fact-finding missions Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating with sales activity and potential leads Send follow-up emails to potential clients to convert leads Collaborate with the wider sales team to increase sales and leads across the board Telesales Executive Skills and Experience: Experience of cold calling in a B2B environment A confident telephone manner, able to articulate clearly and build rapport quickly Previous experience working on a CRM system combined with strong administration skills Determined and vibrant with a positive attitude and a hunger to earn and succeed
