The role: The Project Officer for Quality and Compliance will play a critical role in ensuring that the delivery of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly People Hub is compliant and accurately administered through the delivery of a comprehensive and effective compliance and administrative function. To support the Quality and Compliance Team Leader and team on matters of compliance and administration, contributing to the successful and professional delivery of this project. To hold detailed knowledge of all aspects of the project delivery requirements and compliance matters. Supporting the Quality and Compliance Team Leader, the Project Officer will be responsible for challenging compliance issues of the People Hub where necessary. To work with the Claims and Audit Coordinator and Administration Officer to ensure that participant records on the project CRM are correct and accurate and that any missing pieces of information or evidence are submitted by the People Hub team or Specialist Providers.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Good experience of implementing contractual standards through the delivery of contracts/programmes.
* Experience, skills and abilities in interpreting funding requirements.
* Experience, skills and abilities of successfully using CRM systems to record and monitor progress and performance.
* Good experience of carrying out quality assurance monitoring and spot checks.
* Ability to develop and implement a programme of monitoring, audit and compliance amongst a supply chain of delivery partners.
* Experience in sourcing and handling data, data manipulation and analysis. Experience in report collation.
This role is fixed term until 31 March 2025. This position will be subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check. The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly People Hub project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
