17 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£23,630 - £25,656 per annum pro rata, (£10,857 - £11,787 actual per annum)

In this role, you will join a skilled team who timetable Learning Support Assistants to support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
The right applicant will
• Have excellent, efficient data inputting and ICT skills.
• Have good communication, teamwork, patience and great people skills.
• Be able to work under pressure and can prioritise tasks.
• Support the management of Curriculum Services, providing accurate data that supports academic and professional services of colleagues,
• Identify issues and opportunities in the creation of the timetable, providing solutions to resource needs.
• Provide reporting data and support on the curriculum management data as required, contributing to tasks that will enable other aspects of timetabling e.g., exam cover, etc.
Applicants should have experience of working effectively in an administrative office environment and of working with students with learning difficulties and/or other disabilities.
