About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Commercial Training Instructor to join our Commercial Team, based at our Training and Development Academy, Long Lane, Aintree, Liverpool. This role covers a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:
1. Producing, delivering, evaluating, and improving training courses and their materials.
2. Maintaining and servicing training equipment.
3. Providing one-to-one feedback and guidance.
4. Preparing detailed reports that contribute to the evaluation and improvement of training programmes.
An essential requirement is to maintain fitness to the standard required of an operational Firefighter. Additionally, it is essential that applicants have Firefighter experience, along with training and coaching experience.
