We are on the look-out for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Housing Team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be providing first class customer service on every contacts. Assessing their needs and managing expectations, you will offer solutions to the issues you are presented with, which could mean liaising with contractors and other agencies to provide further support. Working closely with our Tenancy Officers – Compliance, you will update cases in a clear and concise way on our system, so they can access the information if further support is needed. About You A fantastic communicator, you will be experienced in customer service and be able to empathise with our customers. You will be using systems to manage customers cases and therefore you will need to have strong ICT skills alongside time management and organisational skills.
