Functions/services required can be grouped into the following categories: Service Transition and Management Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that all payroll related system changes affecting pension related pay elements are incorporated into the payroll requirements, inclusive of transition and implementation readiness for move to a new pension administration service provider/ current provider under a new service and delivery model. Business Data expertise to implement a Judicial Pension Scheme Data Improvement Plan Digital expertise Oversight of System Integration utilising Application Programme Interface (API) across judicial pay and pension systems, both cross government and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading on System Integration across judicial pay and pension systems, internally and with external stakeholders, this includes data field standardisation, integrated automatic notifications sent to the appropriate stakeholders and GDPR digital governance standard and compliance with supporting system audit trails. Develop systems and process controls that align with the digital and technology standard and alignment with all regulations and tPR standards, including Pensions Dashboards. Facilitate the Agree One Source of truth for all systems and datasets linked to pensionable office data structure. Establish consistent data structure and process rules for all pensionable offices, including the designing of scope to eliminate data discrepancies and use of manual work arounds while developing consistency of processes across the Schemes. Implement Application Programme Interface (API) where applicable. Work with MoJ/ HMCTS and Judicial Office to develop unique identifiers. Developing cohesiveness across all jurisdictions and offices (devolved and additional offices) detailed in the future end state operating model. Develop parallel processing standards for non-HMCTS payroll Offices.
