Responsible To : Retail & Admissions Manager Rate of Pay : £14.90 per hour (plus Annual Bonus Scheme and other great benefits) Closing Date : Friday 14th February 2025 The Role : As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our Retail & Admissions department. You should have experience in floor management, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service. A strong ability to train, guide, and support team members is essential. However, if you have a strong supervisory background and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you Main Duties & Responsibilities : &9679; Floor Management to ensure the smooth running of the department and all other areas of responsibility &9679; Lead by example and able to train & develop team members &9679; Develop your skills and undertake all training offered by the company to fulfil the role of Retail & Admissions Supervisor &9679; Develop a sense of accountability, ownership, and responsibility in team members &9679; Maintain and update Staff Training Logs with current legislation and procedures &9679; Train & ensure the team comply with all statutory legislation concerning Health & Safety & Liquor Licensing and maintain training records &9679; Maintain up-to-date records for C.O.S.H.H. and carry out training on this topic &9679; Maintain and update Risk Assessments required for the department to carry out training on this topic &9679; Support a culture of continuous improvement within the operation &9679; Deliver a first-class visitor experience and provide excellent customer service consistently when dealing with high volumes of customers &9679; Act on any customer feedback and follow through, communicating outcomes to the Retail & Admission Manager &9679; Open and close all areas of responsibility, always keeping an awareness of the security and safety of personnel &9679; Ensure all banking and cash handling requirements are met by training personnel to adhere to security and cash handling procedures &9679; Recommend and implement measures for improving work procedures and colleague performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety &9679; Assist in the development of department objectives, targets, policies, procedures, and strategies &9679; To collaborate with all other departments regarding Retail & Admissions concerning other departments &9679; Develop relationships with other supervisors and liaise with other departments to ensure the best outcome for any joint ventures &9679; Support all objectives set by the Retail & Admissions Manager
