Unqualified SEN Teacher - Kingston Start Date: January (or sooner) Location: Kingston, London A highly regarded secondary SEN school in Kingston is seeking an Unqualified SEN Teacher to join their team from January (or sooner). This role is perfect for a recent graduate with a passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), looking to gain valuable experience before committing to formal teacher training. Key Responsibilities: Support and teach students with a range of SEN needs in an inclusive classroom environment. Provide targeted interventions for small groups of students (6-8) to support their learning and development. Work with students of varying abilities, including those with SEN, EAL, and Gifted & Talented. Collaborate with the SENCO and the teaching team to ensure effective support for students. Create a positive, nurturing environment to help all students thrive. About You: A graduate with a strong academic background, ideally in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Passionate about supporting students with SEN and helping them succeed. Empathetic, patient, and capable of building strong relationships with students. Strong communication skills and able to work well as part of a team. Committed to working full-time until the end of the academic year (July 2025).
