Temporary Accommodation Manager
My client is currently looking for an experienced Temporary Accommodation Manager who can provide leadership within the Housing Solutions team and manage one of five front line service areas, including line management of staff delivering front line services.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing customer-focused, efficient, and effective delivery of services within the Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement service.
2. Leading the Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement service and managing one of three service areas.
3. Monitoring budgets and controlling spend to achieve savings targets.
4. Monitoring contracts for the delivery of external services.
5. Managing staffing budgets.
6. Working with the Head of Temporary Accommodation and Resettlement to ensure effective administrative processes across service areas, maximizing efficiency from interaction between teams.
