We are working with our client to recruit an Administrator for the Project Team.
The role is to carry out Document Control, drawing amendments, create RAMS from templates, create O+M manuals from templates, set up material supply only orders, ensuring filing procedures are maintained to company protocols.
Key responsibilities - Includes but not limited to:
* Badging, numbering and uploading of documents to cloud-based platforms (document control).
* Downloading of documents from cloud-based platforms
* Using specialist software, project drawings will need to be updated to meet requirements of the job and/or client requirements.
* Produce Risk Assessment and Method Statements, from templates, along with other relevant documents.
* Create Operation & Maintenance manuals (O&M’s) from templates.
* The Projects Assistant will be solely responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by the Quotations or Projects department.
* Ensure the company protocols for filing are maintained ensuring maximum efficiency while doing so.
* Working with the Projects Team and carrying out any necessary duties to ensure that projects deliver maximum profitability.
* Duties to be performed to client and in-house deadlines in a timely fashion.
