Our independent storage client is looking to appoint a Self Storage Site Manager for their Birmingham branch.
This position offers a unique opportunity to pick up the reins of an established business, analyse any weaknesses and fix them, taking the business to the next level.
As Self Storage Site Manager, you will combine sales and marketing, people management, building project management, as well as customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Marketing
* Team management
* Project management
* Administration
* General housekeeping to ensure that the site is a clean, tidy safe work environment indoors and out
* Groundwork, painting, repair and maintenance work is completed safely and to satisfactory standards
* Ensure the total safe running of the site / locking up / opening up / setting of alarms and all procedures are completed
* Comply with all Health & Safety Legislation
We are keen to speak to dynamic and motivated professionals who have experience in managing and influencing a team, as well as an ability to work under own supervision and have a good eye for detail.
