Job Description Are you a Project Manager looking for an opportunity to develop within a global company? In this position, you will operate as the key interface between the Programmes team and the rest of the Business. You will report into the Programme Manager and become a strategic role within an Integrated Project team; building a network and maintaining strong relationships across key departments to achieve key milestones and deliverables. Project Manager What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful delivery within schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Your key responsibilities include Managing the project team with day-to-day responsibility and authority from the Programme Manager or Sponsor. Acting as the interface between the project and functional business areas to achieve deliverables. Coordinating project activities, dependencies, and risks within the wider programme or as a standalone project, with support from the Programme Management Office. Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and timelines. Developing and overseeing project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial control. Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring profitability. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks in line with company policies. Engaging with internal teams, customers, and vendors as needed. Applying change control and configuration management processes. Conducting project reviews and providing insights to relevant stakeholders. What We Need From You Experience Ideally, three years in a Project Management or Programme Management environment. Skills Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control techniques. Ability to apply business case analysis and risk management principles. Effective stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships internally and externally. Proficiency in resource planning and financial oversight. Understanding of quality management processes. Qualifications APM or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
