Responsibilities:
1. Reporting into the Support Desk Manager on a day-to-day basis
2. Being responsible for the effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers
3. Ensuring efficient use of logistical and field engineering resources
4. Maintaining customer awareness and progress updates on nominated incidents
5. Needing to be highly organized to manage workload effectively
6. Being flexible in adapting to existing working processes
Skills/Must have:
1. Strong IT skills, including networking knowledge, with the ability to use various in-house call management systems and tools
2. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities at once, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
3. Prior experience in an administrative, office-based, or call centre role (preferred)
4. Customer service experience with the capability to handle inquiries professionally and provide effective solutions
5. Excellent PC and telephone communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions with customers and team members
6. The ability to remain calm and maintain a clear thought process under pressure, enabling effective problem-solving
7. A full UK driving licence to support any field-based or on-site responsibilities
