My Client is a growing exhibition agency with over 35 years of experience working with a wide range of international clients at events across the globe. Our focus is on high-quality creativity and innovation, and we have an outstanding industry reputation. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing exhibition stands from start to finish, from the initial brief through to on-site delivery. This is a primarily office-based role with regular travel in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage exhibition stands from start to finish, from the initial brief through to on-site delivery.
2. Act as the sole point of contact for clients and suppliers, handling all logistical elements.
3. Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Liaise with internal design and production teams to ensure all elements of the project are delivered to a high standard.
5. Conduct site visits and liaise with venue staff to ensure smooth on-site delivery.
6. Manage post-event evaluation and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
1. Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) would be an advantage.
3. Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering successful exhibition projects.
4. Experience working with international clients and suppliers.
5. Full driving licence and passport.
