They aim to support children and families at Fern House School to gain an understanding of the importance of a holistic approach, balanced by our strong curriculum and our therapeutic opportunities. About the role: The ideal candidate will have a passion for inclusivity and support students from disadvantaged backgrounds, young people with Mental Health difficulties or those that struggle with social and emotional interactions. An experience Teaching Assistant or Youth Worker.
