Finance Assistant | PE backed Company | Salary £45,000 - £50,000 20% bonus I am currently working with a PE backed company looking for a Finance Assistant to come and join the team. My client is building out a new function within Group and are looking for ambitious individuals to come in and play a key role in setting up this function. You will be reporting into a Senior Group Finance Manager and work closely with various entities across the global streamlining processes and supporting the Group. Your duties will include but are not limited to; Customer setup and verification. Proactively process customer invoices and deal with queries. Setup of customer leases in the Yardi ERP. Deal with the administration of customer leases, including but not limited to: terminations, amendments and renewals. Receipting of customer invoices. Monthly review and reconciliation of bank book (AR side). Monthly closing and reporting on Accounts Receivable accounts. Reconciliation of customer accounts and preparing statements of account (when required). Chasing of late payments and periodically sending reminder letters for unpaid amounts. Calculation and billing of late interest. Assist in the preparation of VAT and Tax returns. For this role you will be either part-qualified and working towards your qualification or qualified by experience, if you speak a second language either French, Spanish or Mandarin this would be advantageous. You will need to have done a similar role previously and have experience working with multiple ERP systems. This role is based in the office 5 days a week
