Purosearch are working with a developing care provider who require a dynamic and caring individual to become Registered Home Manager for an 8 bed Residential Home, specialising in Learning and Physical Disability for Adults from the age of 18 upwards.
Our client is looking for a Registered Manager who can manage the day-to-day operations of the home, compliance, development, staff management, recruitment, and quality assurance. The home has a Good CQC report, but there are still some aspects of the service which need developing, including the links within the community and improving the reputation of the home within the area.
This exciting and varied role is perfect for a dedicated and resilient person with a people-centred focus, the ability to problem-solve, manage financials in a business environment, as well as coach and develop your team.
The Director is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Service Manager with a background in complex care and learning disabilities. We are looking for a Registered Manager who prides themselves on a person-centred, thoughtful approach to outstanding care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience of managing a service supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities.
- Additional knowledge of learning disabilities and autism would be beneficial.
- Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5).
