Job summary The main purpose of this post it to support the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and the urology team in coordinating patients' care with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of urological cancer during the diagnostics, treatment and surveillance. Main duties of the job To work closely with the nursing and non-nursing team under direct supervision. To provide an administrative support to the CNS and urology team. To coordinate patients' care on specific cancer pathways. To support patients under the CNS and urology team. To act as a point of contact for patients with pre and post cancer diagnosis. Organising and contributing to the Holistic Needs Assessments. To capture patients' activity on relevant hospital electronic systems.
