This role is using those skills on behalf of a well known client to empathetically support their customers who may be in financial difficulty. Company Pension. Shifts:Available for Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (working week is 40 hrs). Please note, classroom training is initially 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri for a minimum of five weeks. Future shift patterns may cover Mon-Fri between 8am and 8pm and rotational (1 in 4) Saturday between 9am and 1pm. Experience in customer service is required, while full training will be provided on joining.
