I am looking to speak with Commercial Property Solicitors from NQ level up on behalf of a highly reputable commercial boutique law firm in Leeds.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience handling a Commercial Property caseload.

The team handles all areas of property, including:
Dealing with all property inquiries from both a Buyer and Seller perspective
Drafting and negotiating the terms of commercial leases
Acting for banks and lenders in respect of any queries
Dealing with registration of the property and HM Land Registry
Dealing with properties held in SIPPs
