Salary: £29,093 - £32,654 (actual salary £14,546 - £16,327), Grade 5 Hours: 18.5 hours per week Contract Type: Part-time, permanent The City of Wolverhampton Council has an exciting opportunity to join the Occupational Therapy team as part of the Independent Living Service. The role is a job share working on a two-week pattern: Week 1 Monday and Tuesday: 08:30 am - 16:30 pm Wednesday: 08:30 am - 16:00 pm Week 2 Monday and Tuesday: 08:30 am - 16:30 pm The post supports adults and children with disabilities requiring specialist support due to physical or sensory impairments. Working in community and clinic settings, the successful applicant will undertake assessments and provide recommendations to enhance independence. This is a hybrid role, based at The Independent Living Service, Albert Road, Wolverhampton and involves home visits when individuals are unable to attend clinics. The post holder will also support our duty team in triaging referrals and responding to immediate needs if able. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
